Kids Yoga-First Try




Yoga for children?
I found that Kids Yoga helps to develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination.
Children crave movement and sensory/motor stimulus. Yoga helps channel these impulses in a positive way. We used partner poses to develop trust. Working with each other on poses, the children develop team skills. It also fosters bonding.
We had so much fun together, and I look forward to many more Yoga posses to discover.
